WHO ARE WE ?
We are Mike and Bianca Kellaway, a husband and wife team that had had enough of the corporate rat race and decided to start a cool little bikini company.
OUR INSPIRATION
MINX the brand is inspired by the sexy, healthy beach lifestyle of Cape Town, South Africa. The friendly people and the cosmopolitan nature of this world class city is infused into each sexy little bikini we make.
We were inspired to set up MINX not only because we love the beach but also because we wanted to give back to the local community by only employing local traditional artisans to create each garment. Creating employment opportunities in South Africa is one of the best ways to prevent poverty and pay for the education of future generations.
OUR BIKINIS
They are small and sexy…just the way they should be, but just because they are small it doesn’t mean that a lot of care and attention does not go into making every single bikini. We only use the finest fabrics that are designed in Europe and imported to South Africa, but that’s where any international influence ends. Cape Town is home to some of the world’s finest artisans with centuries of experience in the garment industry, we work exclusively with these artisans to make each one of our bikinis unique.

Being web based enables us make sure that all our customers receive a consistently high level of service and that our sexy little bikinis are perfect before you wear them.
By shipping directly, we are able to build long lasting, personal relationships with our customers.
Mike and I are the faces behind the brand. We did this because we did not want MINX to be another soulless website. We personally pack every parcel and check to make sure it looks great.
