DISPATCH TIME

We have a 1 - 5 day dispatch time. This is the time from when we receive your payment to when it is dispatched. It varies according to demand and stock levels. Once shipped we will email a tracking code so you can keep an eye on your sexy little MINX’s journey!

Import duty & Taxes

Any Import duty and taxes on your order are payable by you. Please check with the Customs Department in your country for rates and limits before placing an order. (There are no import duties on South African orders).

Please don't forget

Please ensure your daytime contact phone number is correct. This will allow the couriers to contact you if they have any difficulty delivering your package. International Courier deliveries are more likely to attract customs inspection and charges, particularly in Europe and Canada.

Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in our high level of customer satisfaction and our service reputation.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, return the items in new condition with tags attached. We will be happy to exchange or issue a refund.

Returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days from date of dispatch.

Exchange items will be sent by registered post at no charge on your first exchange, but you must return the initial goods to us.

Exchanges requested by courier will incur an extra charge of $50USD to your destination. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Return items that have been worn will not be exchanged or refunded.

Customised items will not be exchanged or refunded.

How to make a return or exchange

Please include a copy of the original invoice OR provide the original order details such as order number, postal address, date of invoice and a contact email or phone. Make a note of the exchange or refund you require.

We would recommend using a traceable method such as registered post. International customers, please mark your return items ‘return items only’. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to the return address.

If you want to add items to your exchange above the price of the original order, we will also need your credit card details. This is because we use a secure – real time third party card clearing service and we do not see your card details from the original sale.

Refunds are processed against the original order number.

Please allow 30 days for us to receive your return items and process your request.

How to make a quick exchange

If you would like us to send a replacement item quickly, please place an order via our website, noting in the comments that it is an exchange. The exchange item will be billed and sent within our despatch lead time. Your card will be credited for the exchange item when we receive it.

Include a correct working email address with all correspondence so we can contact you if we need further information.
