But tucked into the very southwest corner of France, right on the border with Spain, is the surfing town of Biarritz.
Biarritz is more Gigdet than Bridget Bardot, but that doesn’t mean it’s any less of a scene - rest assured, everyone is watching in this impossibly chic beach town.
